what we expect from a good guest

Dear guests,

It is our wish to make the hotel a friendly, safe and clean place for all the guests to enjoy their stay. We therefore kindly ask you to read and observe the following rules:

 

1. During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use. The Air Conditioning in your room is off when room or balcony doors are open.

2. Access Cards - All electricity is being activated via the access key-card. Do not forget to turn in your card at the reception when leaving. Please handle the card with care. In case of damaging or losing your key-card during the time of your stay we will charge 3 eur compensation.

3. Aquarius Hotel reserves the right to hold a deposit amount upon check-in (through a credit and/or debit card) for damages incurred. Aquarius Hotel will charge or debit the card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate for those damages (see nr 6).  

4. Please use the premises, equipment and inventory that are at your disposal, carefully like you would in your own house.

5. We invite you to report any problems to the reception. We will make every effort to rectify them the soonest possible.

6. Damages - Please note you are liable for any damage caused (deliberate, or negligent) to the room, or hotel’s premises caused by you or your visitors during your stay.  Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, beddings, linens and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charged at 100% of full and new replacement value plus any postage charges.  The costs will be charged to the credit / debit card of the registered guest. 

7. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore keep any cost that the guest would incur to a minimum.

8. Smoke free – Candles, Smoking etc in the hotel, on balconies, in rooms and in bathrooms is strictly forbidden. Smoking is allowed only in the balconies of certain rooms indicated by the front desk and a designated area in the roof. Allowing the smell of cigarette smoke, or other tobacco products, in a hotel room incurs the cost of de-smelling the room, amounting to eur 300.

9. Meals are served in the period of:

   buffet – breakfast 07.30–10.00 hours (for registered guests only)

   snacks 10.30–21.00 hours

10. For you money, securities and other valuables there is a safe (offered free of charge) at your disposal in your room. Instructions are on the safe itself. The hotel is not liable in case of theft or loss.

11. Children - well behaved children of all ages are welcome. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property (especially elevators, pool, garden) unsupervised.

12. Quiet Hours - Please keep in mind the other guests that want to rest and avoid making noise in the room, or in the hallway after 22.00 hours.

13. Cooking - For safety and hygiene reasons, preparing of hot meals or drinks can only be done in the room and with the equipment provided. We request that you clean daily. A kitchenette daily cleaning service can be offered at an additional cost of eur 3 per day. A fee of eur 60 will be charged to guests for leaving the room cooking facilities in an unclean condition upon checkout.

14. Alcohol - Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consume those only in their room.

14. Fire fighting notices are located in the hallways so please read them and abide by them.

15. Lost & Found - items are held for fourteen (14) days while we attempt to contact the guest. They will then be donated or discarded.

16. Check out- On the day of your departure please leave the room by 12pm. If you would like to stay at a cost in your room after 12pm please inform the front desk.

17.  Visitors - You are welcome to invite guests but visitors can not remain in the premises after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival.  Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.  As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities including the pool, breakfast, or Wi-Fi.  

18. Business Center  - A PC and iPad is offered for free (upon availability) for the registered guest(s) to check email, print tickets et for free.  Children are not allowed on the computer, nor is it intended for gaming, movies etc.

19. Pool -available for registered guest only: No children under the age of 5, or pregnant women permitted.  No life guard on duty. Hours: 10.30– 20.00.

20. We reserve the right to stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of these house rules or if they disturb other visitors.
